UK DELIVERY
We currently offer delivery services within London. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery coverage and have plans to extend our services to the rest of England in the near future. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to being able to serve you beyond our current delivery area.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are currently focused on domestic deliveries, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
DELIVERY COST
Our standard delivery charge for orders under £75 is £3.95. For orders of £75 or more, delivery is provided free of charge. Additionally, we offer next-day delivery at a cost of £6.95.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery costs £3.95 and is free on orders above £75. All Orders require a minimum of 3 days for delivery. At checkout, you will be able to select your preferred delivery date and a 2-hour delivery window. Please be advised that delivery time slots are subject to availability and may vary based on scheduling constraints.
NEXT-DAY DELIVERY
Next-day delivery is available at a charge of £6.95. To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 10:00 PM. At checkout, you will have the option to select a 2-hour delivery window. Please note that delivery time slots are subject to availability.
RETURNS
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with any product upon receiving your groceries, you may return the item to the delivery driver. A return slip will be provided for the specific item, and the return will be processed within 14 days.
Alternatively, returns can be made in-store, provided that you present proof of purchase. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. We do not offer cash refunds for online orders.
Please be advised that we offer a 14-day return policy, effective from the date of delivery.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange any product, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges can only be processed in-store. To complete your exchange, kindly bring the item along with your proof of purchase to any of our store locations. Our team will assist you in selecting an appropriate replacement.
